When you buy the RBL PUMA Home Jersey 26/27, you receive an exclusive reward depending on when you purchase it. Yes. For each Home Jersey 26/27 you purchase, you receive one reward and an individual voucher code. If you buy multiple jerseys within the same phase, you receive the reward multiple times.

Yes – but only if you buy one jersey in each phase. Each jersey unlocks exactly the reward that is active at the time of purchase.

In an RBL Store, you receive your reward directly on site from the store team – as a flyer with a voucher code (Phases 1 & 4), as a team poster (Phase 2), or as a personalisation option (Phase 3). In the online shop, you receive your reward by email or together with your delivery, provided you are logged in with your RBLogin during the purchase.

The RBLogin is your personal RB Leipzig account. It allows us to clearly identify your online purchase and assign your reward. Without an RBLogin, no reward can be issued for online purchases.

In that case, please contact Red Bull Shop Customer Support at service@redbullshop.com. We will review each request individually – however, without an RBLogin there is no entitlement to the reward after the fact.

The team poster (Phase 2) is only available for orders within Germany. The remaining rewards are not limited to Germany – please note shipping times and any applicable customs regulations.

Use your individual voucher code in the RBL ticket online shop to secure your ticket. If you buy in an RBL Store, you receive the code on a flyer; if you buy in the Red Bull Shop, you will receive it by email no later than one day after your purchase is completed. The voucher code can be redeemed until one day before the event.
